May 2017 found Peter painting in the beautiful Bellevue House gardens in Newport as artist-in-residence.
He says this of his experience: “Staying at Bellevue House was like living in the lab! Each morning at 5:30 AM, I grabbed some breakfast to take out to the gardens to observe the light once more.”
